A nylon pull cord in an ear mould makes it easier to remove the ear mould from the ear. The nylon pull cords are available in our client portal and easy to replace using a few materials:
Nylon pull cord
Cutter
Lighter
1.2 mm drill
Glue/modeling paste
UV light
Cut the cord to the desired length
Burn the end of the cord to form a ball
Drill a hole in the ear mould using the 1.2 mm drill
Fill the hole with glue/modeling paste
Place the cord in the ear mould
Leave the modeling paste to harden under a UV light
