Since some time Comfoor has a online portal where you can place orders and look at your order history. But where can you find these orders and how can you easily search for a particular order for a customer?
When you are logged in at myportal.comfoor.com, you automatically end up in the top section of the menu on the left, called “account”. On this page you will find three columns at the top, in which the second is “orders” (see the image below). When you click on “orders”, you will see all your orders from the past three months. Do you want to search for orders made before that? Change the last option of the search function to “show last 24 months” for example.
Components:
The ‘order number’ is the same number as the bar code on the order form you generated.
The ‘customer reference’ is the number that you use for your own administration, but it can also be the customers’ name.
The ‘order date’ is the date on which the order form was generated.
‘Received prints’ is the date on which we received and registered your order. If there is no date shown, it means we haven’t received anything (yet). This also applies to the status ‘Processing’. It means we haven’t received anything and are waiting for the order to be processed.
When you want to view an order, make sure you search in the right time frame.
You can then enter the order number or customer reference you have used, using the magnifying glass icon and "Search" field.
