T-Mic
The T-Mic is a special ear hook with a microphone for Advances Bionics CI processors; HiRes, Auria, Harmony. A special support frame can be made for the T-Mic. This involves fitting the support frame with a ring into which the microphone section fits precisely.
There are two types of T-Mic Microphones: Large and Small.
T-Mic 2
The T-Mic 2 is a special ear hook with microphone for Advances Bionics CI processors; Naida CIQ70.
This T-Mic 2 is available in 3 lengths: Small, Medium and Large.
Positioning of the ring is very important. We therefore advise indicating the position and direction of the T-Mic 2 when making the imprint by carefully pressing these in the right place on the mould as shown in the picture below:
Other adaptations
A standard support frame with a spherical nipple or tube nipple can be ordered for other CIs. This CI has a square bracket that can be attached to the support frame with the tube.
