The level of attenuation depends on the type of material used for the hearing protectors and the filter that is used. The attenuation is therefore not dependent on the type of Custom-Fit Pluggerz, so the Road and the Hobby models, which are made from the same material and have the same filter, offer the same attenuation levels.

The top table gives the attenuation levels of the acrylate Custom-Fit Pluggerz hearing protectors with the different filters. The second table gives the attenuation levels for silicone Custom-Fit Pluggerz. The attenuation levels for Lifeshell protect are in the third table and the attenuation levels for Pluggerz Uni-Fit are in the table below that. All Pluggerz Uni-Fit products are supplied with an 'integrated' filter, so in this case, the attenuation is in fact dependent on the type of Pluggerz Uni-Fit. Finally, the attenuation levels of the earmuffs are shown.
