A good impression starts with the right impression silicone. We have Light, Medium and Heavy impression silicone, specially made for digital production.

  • The 2nd curve is the most important information in an impression, especially for strong hearing aids and hearing protection. Place the impression pad behoynd the 2nd curve. Make sure the impression material connects seamlessly to the 2nd curve and touches the ear evenly all over.

  • In combination with the information on the order form the lab technician can determine the length of the helix in the ear mould.

  • The transition section from the tragus to the helix bridge. This is information the lab technician needs to determine the right position of the nipple.
