All digital imprints are retained for exactly 1 year.
For hygiene reasons, product imprints that are not produced digitally are destroyed straight after production. This applies to orders for variotherm material, thermoflex material and decorative earpieces.
The Music BYO is also produced manually, so no digital imprint is available.
